"The room was nicely kept, clean, updated. Had everything we could have needed. We had to check in after hours and therefore had to wait about 5-10mins for someone to drive over to check us in. Staff was very friendly and even house keeping asked how our stay was. Only complaint was the ice machine was just outside our room and it was very loud. We could hear the ice falling every 10-15 minutes as new ice was made all night."

"Portraits of past inn guests lined the walls (presidents, actors, writers). It was a unique historical hotel. We liked the fenced parking area and the beautiful lobby. Breakfast was good. Our only suggestions are that there is no fan in the newly refurbished bathroom, which had a musty smell. "Istayed at the hotel for a week.It reeked of mold. We found mold underneath the bed. They were supposed to move us to a different room. They never did. The refrigerator didn't work. I had to argue with them to get a refrigerator the room was facing the alleyway next to dumpsters. We're a lot of homeless we're smoking drugs.Meth pipes on the ground said they sort of continental breakfast.There was nothing there but a packet of instant oatmeal and a still no name granola bar, they considered that...

"The BW Inn felt very cozy and safe. There was plenty of parking, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. I had a minor issue with the bedding during my stay, but the staff resolved it promptly. They had a very nice breakfast. The inn is located in a very scenic part of the city, which was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall experience. My only small feedback is that the interior paint colors are quite dark.
