"Amazing hostel. I really enjoy my stay here. Owner Glenn is so helpful, resourceful and kind to have a chat. The volunteers Kasia and Dan are lovely to talk with. It feels a very cosy hostel, not too crowded, noisy and neither a party hostel. "The room although recently refurbished,wasn’t fantastic by any means. However it was clean. Marks on the walls and curtains that were about 2 foot too long. Overall none of this affected our stay and I’d stay again. Continental breakfast was of very little choice and would have preferred something cooked."

"Was a little worried when i arrived, looked a bit 'Iffy'. However, gentleman on reception was very pleasant, I was dealt with quickly and headed to my room. The room was a good size, very basic and industrial, but comfy bed and has all the things you need. This isn't a cozy place, but certainly does the job, cracking location for the city centre, easy parking ."

"Cannot fault this hotel, the staff were incredible and when I realised late night before I had inadvertently booked the wrong date, as they had availability, promptly replied kindly allowing us to stay on our intended date. As free parking included in our room rate, we were able to park on street directly opposite hotel. We had an amazing suite room, comfiest bed ever, the food in restaurant on evening was first class and good value. The decor and ambience of this hotel were very welcoming creating an eloquent and homely feel. We attended theatre opposite on the evening. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again. There are a number of steps to the front of hotel which may be difficult for persons with mobility issues but didn’t enquire if there is an alternative access."

"We found the apartment we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, crockery, cutlery etc., washing up liquid, scourer, cleaning spray. Bathroom had shampoo and shower gel. Located central for all attractions. We were pleased with the secure free parking on site, although it is on a first come first served basis as not enough for every apartment. However, this would not be suitable for large SUVs due to space restrictions. Would definitely stay here again."
