Dear guest I’m sorry that you found your stay less than satisfactory. Your booking was for a reduced room rate with the shared bathroom. We have do ensuites available to book that have private bathrooms. We are also able to accommodate special requests with prior notification to ensure a lower floor is allocated. Kind regards

Dear guest Our bar was closed for the evening of your stay due to no private function however someone is onsite at all times. Details of this is provided to you with your self check in code, together with car parking details. We have cctv covering the full area. We are located in an industrial area of Hull, in a prime position for the local industry. Breakfast is available from 6am and you was welcome to join us from that time. Your booking rate was Room only but can pay for a breakfast option should you have wished too. Kind regards.

Dear guest I am sorry to read your comments and as you have left an anonymous review, I am unable to question the welcoming you received from members of our team as I can not trace your booking. I am disappointed by this as we score highly on our service. If you can contact me directly, I would be appreciated. We are situated in an industrial part of the city, but this is stated on the sites and also that we hold private events in our function suite. The music is turned off at 12am under all circumstances. Unfortunately we do not serve food on an evening over the weekend and our cafe bar kitchen closes at 2pm. The facilities that we are able to offer are reflected in the price we charge.
