"El desayuno excelente, los cuartos limpios, todos los empleados muy amables excepto por un mesero que trabajó el el restaurante japonés el martes 7 de abril 2026 , turno de la noche, que por cierto ahí me enfermé El hotel no cuenta con acondicionador para el pelo, la alberca muy chica y tiene demasiado cloro , y el aire acondicionado nunca bajó de 22 grados y fueron a arreglarlo dos veces, en otras palabras yo no volvería a este hotel especialmente con tantas opciones."

"As a hotels.com VIP member they “upgraded” me to a suite but didn’t tell me they were doing a bunch of construction on the other rooms on the floor. There was a very strong paint and vinyl smell that came in through the vents and made me nauseous at times. When I asked the front desk about it they made excuses rather than simply finding a way to help out. Sometimes all we want is to feel like our concerns are being heard and understood, and I did not get that from them. I shouldn’t have to be the one to find a solution or waste my vacation time having to address hotel problems. "

"This hotel has excellent service. My kids got sick. They have a doctor you can call to get service. The nurse came within an hour, set up IVs and medication. The sheets were changed at 3 am. They have 24/7 cleaning service. Very grateful and pleased with all the attention. They have nurses that take your blood pressure on call since Mexico city is in high elevation. The restaurants were very good. I would certainly come back to this hotel. "
