"Welcoming and spacious hotel which exceeded expectations. The front desk and cleaning personnel were friendly, helpful, and patient. The rooms were quite spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, but very comfortable. Water was given to us every day. There are nice amenities the room. Buffet breakfast has nice variety."

The receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. After contacting the agency, they told me the hotel refuses to issue a refund. So I lost almost $500 USD.
