"Staff member was courteous. Room was OK but shabby. Mouldy shower cubicle and windows. There was no food available, even for breakfast as the dining area was being re-furbished. This was not mentioned in their advert."

No heating on when I arrived so the place was freezing, I understand you don't want to have the heating on all day, but still... And finally the toilet seat was already broken and falling off. "For the cost this is an excellent motel. At £35/night for a single room it is a third of the cost of other budget hotels in this area. Ok so its not the Ritz but its also priced realisticallyfor what it offers. "

"The room was cold when we arrived and the radiators were ineffective. Fortunately it was warmer when we returned from dinner. The bureaucracy associated with online check in was excessive ie submitting passport details and photo, and precise checkin time. info from three different organisations, and lists of instructions and rules for check in and out. I like to book and turn up on the day."
