Staff service was excellent. Friendly, available, prompt, and flexible. Breakfast was good. The place was decent. My rooms door was chipped away so someone can unlock it with the likes of a credit card. I switched rooms. Everything else about the stay was ok.

The check in clerk was very nice. Price was decent. Breakfast was meh. No warm water for shower in the morning When I said something to the check out clerk she just said "ok". I told her it was inconvenient not being able to shower, she said "yeah" Not great customer service at all! and got no shower :(

The staff were very friendy and helpful. The hotel needs new carpeting and updates everywhere. The breakfast was good and staff kept it stocked. The pool area was clean. Gym is the size of a closet. 5 stars for staff, and 2 stars for dated and worn out accomodations.

We were spending the day in Holland, this hotel was close, but more affordable. They had laundry and breakfast. The pool and hot tub did have some green in them, but everything else was good.

Great for overnight stay

Our reservation was accidentally canceled but they were able to accommodate us. The room was nice for an overnight stay. Was a little noisy outside in the parking lot. They have no elevators and breakfast was simple

A great stay for the money!

It’s a great place for the money. Every other place in town cost about 50% more. I was checked in within 30 seconds and my room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Not the biggest breakfast in the world but comparable to everywhere else. Again, a great stay for the money.

This hotel is nothing special.

This hotel is a little worn out. It could really use a fresh coat of paint the rooms are a little dingy and musty and very small. There was also Out of code juice for the breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and it serviced purpose, but if I was in the area again I think I would search around for a nicer place. It was just OK

We paid premium a premium price for a hotel that hasn't been updated in 25 years or more. The parking lot pavement is breaking up everywhere. Who still uses carpet on the floors of rooms? Dated and over-priced is all I can say. The only redeeming factor was the courteous desk clerk.
