"We had a lovely stay in our very reasonably priced suite. It was so nice to have the extra room. The cookies were delicious and such a nice touch. We enjoyed the breakfast and would definitely stay here again. It was convenient to seeing things in Hyde Park and the surrounding area. Our only negative was coming back one night to a room that had not been refreshed as requested. The team did their best to correct the situation. "

"Overall a very nice hotel with the exception of the parking situation. Had an event going on and we, as paying guests had no where to park as the event attendees took all the parking spaces. Waited almost an hour waiting in our car until one finally became available. Just not fair."

"I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Place in Yonkers! The hotel was spotless, and my room felt fresh and modern. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and check-in was fast. Being right next to the Cross County Shopping Center was a big bonus—lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was also better than expected, with hot options and great coffee. I’d definitely stay here again"
