"The location is absolutely perfect. Awesome View of NY Skyline. The bus stop is basically at the front of the hotel, within 10 min you arrive at Times Square if you take bus 158/156. A single trip is 4$ and you just pay by card. Getting back to the hotel is easy, you go back to 42nd Port Authority terminal and go To terminal 201 Next to the bus stop is the best coffee house with croissants and bagels ; Mokafe. A block behind the hotel is the lightrail which was perfect to go to the Liberty...

"Had a great 3 night stay to visit NY for the 1st time. Walked everywhere as well situated on 42nd street. Close to Grand Central Station, UN Building and Central park. 30 min walk to The Empire State and 1 hr walk to pick up The Circle Line Cruise around Manhattan (would recommend). Staff all lovely and hotel spotlessly clean. Would stay again in a heart beat. XxX"

"The good: the room was clean and the location is good - near Central Park, 5th Avenue, Park Avenue, etc. The bad: everything in the room was worn, like it has been in constant use for the last 15+ years with minimal maintenance. Vent in the bathroom didn’t work. One of the shower doors was missing. Toilet seat was worn (??), and all the other furniture was beaten up or stained. All those things were easy enough to tolerate - I wasn’t in NYC for the hotel room. What was harder to deal with...

"The transportation was super convenient. I took the Airlink shuttle from JFK to Grand Central Terminal, and Club Quarters Hotel was just 5-10 minutes walk away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the top floor offers excellent coffee and a great view. A perfect place to relax!"
