"A very nice stay, made even better by the excellent front desk staff. They were friendly and very helpful. Josseline was particularly gracious and assisted with my bus travel questions and other items. This made check-out a breeze and my stay in Antofagasta a smooth process. "

"Good breakfast, location near the city centre - it is busy outside.
Is an Ibis, you know what you are getting: clean rooms, toilet and shower. Hot water with good pressure. And that's it. The TV was good as well. We stayed one night and enjoyed our time there. "

"The hotel is great, rooms are huge with fantastic view. Expedia mentions “Bag service”, but the receptionist mentioned that they do not have this service. Bathrooms are clean and huge. The view is beautiful + the room has a balcony. The so is really good, the restaurant was good (they made a few errors with our bill, so we had to make several corrections - so check your bill). Area around is crowded and seemed unsafe to walk around, but hotel certainly felt safe and comfortable. "
"Very nice place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful, and resturant was great. Some road noise but earplugs provided. Booking in on arrival took a very long time."
