A localização é ótima, atendimento e limpeza excelente. Só uma reclamação referente ao quarto 404, sem ventilação, quarto muito quente e abafado, e ficava pior quando precisei fechar a janela, pois não tinha como ficar aberto por conta do barulho dos carros na avenida. Apesar disso, gostamos bastante, café da manhã delicioso.

Al llegar al hotel me dicen que no tienen estacionamiento, siendo que reserve con estacionamiento y esta publicado de esa forma, no aloje y al solicitar la devolucion me indican que no la hacen a pesar de no haber alojado, por el incumplimiento del servicio ofertado.

Me gustó la seguridad y la tranquilidad del espacio. Lo que no me gustó es que no había aire acondicionado y era mucha la sensación termica durante el día, una se sofocaba en la habitación. Por otro lado la ducha se apagaba cada 10 minutos y no se podía regular la temperatura del agua, menos mal fui sola, pero imagino una familia...

Modern hotel near bus station

Modern hotel near bus station. The hotel is modern fairly small hotel in a more industrial area of Antofagasta. We chose the hotel because we thought it would be closeish to the airport. It was not so close to the centre. The hotel did tick all the boxes except it was in a rather industrial slightly run down area with only the hotel restaurant/ cafe to eat at. We got a taxi down to the centre as we did not want to take the car out. Good facilities generally - friendly staff, good wifi, great view from the side of the hotel, good breakfast (except Nescafé) , pleasant room, parking underneath hotel. .
