沒有電梯， 經典雙人房-房間沒電視 舒適的偏硬床墊， 但是床架翻身有聲音。 提供一般吹風機，浴室乾濕分離， 沒有一次性用品很環保。 加大雙人床，最多可兩大兩小入住， 只要一千出頭，性價比很高。 路邊有停車格。 廟口鋼管紅茶步行大約三、五分鐘。

優點: 距離東大門夜市以及很多知名餐廳小吃都步行距離能到, 餐飲方面很方便. 房間格局方正很大, 空間感住起來不壓迫舒適. 浴室為乾濕分離. 冷氣是大金品牌自行調整溫度, 有冷暖氣. 房間內很多插頭, 床頭邊也有插頭很加分. 一樓有飲水機供使用, 有冷水, 熱水, 冰水. 電視信號穩定 網路也穩定, 電視可觀看YOUTUBE等OTT服務平台. 缺點: (1) 床鋪棉被枕頭都稍有霉味濕氣. (2) 廁所的熱水非常不穩定, 水壓大很強但是溫度很難調整洗到一半會突然變很燙導致燙到多次. (3) 上樓梯前需要脫鞋, 但沒有提供室內拖鞋(只有浴室有一雙). (4) 此次房型靠和平路大馬路, 有大量窗戶採光但窗戶非氣密式的, 汽車行駛過去的噪音很大且明顯. (5) 房間雖大, 但置物的櫃子或是吊掛衣服的地方很少. 導致東西基本要放在地上椅子上或床上. (6) 一樓有交誼廳, 旅宿業者也希望旅客多使用一樓交誼廳吃東西房內不要吃味道濃烈的食物. 住宿期間為跨年假期, 有預想到大家都會晚回旅宿或房間, 聲音會很多很大. 但是隔音真的很差, 住在二樓到了晚上一點多還是頻繁聽到樓下旅客大聲喧嘩的聲音. 住宿無法控制其他旅客素質如何, 對聲音敏感介意隔音的人要特別注意此點. (7) 櫃台接待總是沒人也無指示標示. 抵達要入住的時候就發現了, 沒有人在櫃檯且沒有任何標誌告知離開稍後回來或是提供電話號碼可撥打. 是大廳其他旅客告知才知道旅宿人員在樓上處理事務, 於是就在大廳等了些許時間才上樓, 讓人感覺是否人手不足且標示不清楚? 於正常時間進出旅館, 櫃台也都沒有看到過人且也沒有任何標示, 因連住幾天是不會進房打掃所以有些備品不足的情況都不知道要怎麼處理. 最後不得以是跑到隔壁按摩店家找到當天協助入住的人員才得以解決, 而且跑到隔壁店家還要先解釋自己是隔壁旅客住哪間要幹嘛等等的源由著實很不便. 也因櫃檯長時間沒人, 所以使用交誼廳的旅客超過10點甚至12點大聲喧嘩都無人管理. 提醒: 旅社沒電梯, 大型行李旅客請斟酌. 綜合以上自行真實入住體驗, 我不會想再二次入住也不會想推薦此住宿. 也許適合一大群朋友想要有空間可以玩樂交流, 但對於小群眾旅客來說住宿體驗很差也睡不好.

上樓進房前要求每位房客都要脫鞋子 但房間內看到不少「長頭髮」 （我是短髮男生） 樓梯間、公共區域乾淨度我覺得也還好 而且房間內又沒有室內拖鞋 這種強制作法有點不ok 廁所部份 一進去就聞到馬桶濃濃漂白水味 不知道是不是忘了沖掉 電視使用機上盒 很多節目都是要付費才能觀賞 選擇性太少

非常推薦的住宿，服務也非常棒！

物超所值的住宿體驗，非常貼心溫暖，入住前幾小時才訂房，只是詢問嬰兒澡盆，在Check in時告知已經準備好還搭配板凳放好在浴室內了，帶領進入房間也很詳細說明，已經忍不住和朋友大力推薦下次還要來住！

The overall was nice, I called for late check in, and owner was kind enough to wait for my arrival. Backpacker room was neat, the bed size was fit in alright. Room was large enough, so you don't have to worry where to put your gear.

The owner manifested great hospitality, told me some stories, and shared some local delicacy with me. The rooms are comfortable, cozy. Bathroom looks plain from the outside, but its facilities are all pretty new. BTW, if the owner is in a good mood, she may buy you a round

很好的住宿體驗

姐妹花老闆娘非常NICE喔! 地點位於花蓮市的黃金三角內，一樓還有小酒吧..可以跟其他旅客一邊閒聊，一邊喝闆娘們的手調咖啡or調酒；讓我工作之餘..還可以放鬆一下疲勞的身心。唯一的缺失..就是4樓的背包房沒有(密碼置物櫃)可以使用，有點小小不方便。下次有機會..還會再來住宿喔!
