I booked this hotel for two nights but had to check out after the first night due to extreme weather conditions. Another reason for my early departure is that the hotel is not in good condition; it appears to have been converted from an apartment building, and the facilities are old and of poor quality. It’s not worth the price charged, so I do not recommend it.

近鬧區及一些市區景點，步行逛逛或買東西很方便。 冷氣是個別主機而不是中央空調。 廁所有對外窗。 附近就是花蓮城隍廟且剛好遇到廟會活動，但不算太吵。 除了有投幣式洗衣機、烘衣機，有提供免費洗衣粉。 房間內的桌子在電視正下方（不確定是不是每間都一樣），在桌子上擺東西會妨礙電視、MOD。 人多的時候無線網路好像會不穩定。 要注意沒有免費提供牙刷牙膏刮鬍刀。

交通位置去哪都方便，只有附設的停車位有限，太晚回來停車場滿了要自行尋找路邊停車，除了停車問題以外，整體來說算是不錯的

對的起房價，這間雖說是開幕不久，但還是能察覺應該是舊旅社重新整修，房間床頭玻璃上的棉絮稍重。 當天凌晨四點就被樓下鄰居的機車防盜器驚醒，接著10分鐘-15分鐘就響一次，根本就無法再入眠。雖說這不是飯店的疏失，也是個案。但對外的隔音略顯不足。
