Wonderful stay. a few rooms had heavy smokers smell, but we managed to change rooms. staff was friendly. great jacuzzi in bathroom.

Walking distance from train station
Clean and spacious room with low price. Breakfast was normal Taiwanese style.

Clean and spacious with poor WiFi
Massive room with space to spread out. Bed comfortably fit my lady and me. Jetted bath tub barley fit me at 6'2. Never made it to the free breakfast from 7 to 10 in the morning so i can't say much about that. However the issue for me was poor WiFi security, just open networks for each room. Along with bad signal quality, meaning fluctuations in strength constantly.

超推的住宿
櫃檯人員態度很好而且房間也很不錯很乾淨，晚上一歲的小朋友睡得很好！浴室乾淨小朋友泡澡也很開心～重點是有附設停車場不用再去外面找車位，早上的早餐吃得也不錯廚房阿姨人還很好心的幫忙我們先放兒童座椅！超推

還不錯～
旅館服務人員親切，尤其是早餐區的阿姨，親切有朝氣，讓人一早心情就很好～ 房間寬敞乾淨舒適，不過建議房間桌子可以再高一些，不然沙發太高桌子太低較不便用餐，電視訊號也可以再校正好一些，不然看電視節目時畫面偶爾會閃～

整體感受尚可，夜班某服務人員素質有待加強
夜間櫃檯服務人員素質有待加強，外出要求協助關上車庫房門，回房後發現車庫門並未關閉，詢問服務人員竟然強詞奪理，表示他已預先知道我們即將回房便事先將車庫門打開，此舉與事實大相逕庭。不願承認錯誤且胡言亂語，態度實不可取。建議飯店加強人員訓練，要求服務人員誠實面對客戶，不可信口開河搪塞敷衍。

整體頗優良
整體不錯，但床單上居然有沙沙的狀態，可能因生意太好，清潔度有進步空間。另外沒有窗戶也是可惜之處。

有點失望
這次旅程連住二晚多羅滿,事前有電話詢問幾點可入房,得到6點後可入房的回答,但從臺東開到花蓮多花了些時間,加上山路不好走,到了花蓮都9點多了,竟然先接到旅館打來問我幾點到,那時剩不到半小時就到了,但我到了旅館才被告知要等他們打掃,於是就全家在車庫等了十多分鐘,進房放行李後才發現房門根本無法關,打給房務告知,房務來了後敲敲弄弄最後直接把變形的部件拆了,也太瞎,但起碼門能關了;上樓沒多久,小孩子很快就在房間許多地方發現不少應該是檳榔殼的東西,然後明顯覺得老婆很不滿意這地房的服務的清楚了,這也是在Hotels.com上這麼久遇到最不OK的了;但說回來,這間的位置不算太差,直直開出去很快就到東大門了,到臨近七星潭也很快,這次只能說是將就了, 如果房間能早點弄好等客人來,如果房間沒發現許多髒東西,如果房門沒壞,都能讓整體感受好很多;另外就是,真心不喜歡住沒有對外窗的房間,希望以後能有更多選擇吧

雖然外觀不起眼，但是房間內部還蠻OK的
雖然外觀不起眼，但是房間內部還蠻OK的且離車站很近。 但是: 1.房內有煙味 2.櫃台人員很有禮貌，對於客人在旅程上的詢問，回答有待加強: (A)詢問花蓮公車可否使用悠遊卡?回答:不知道耶，這裡很少人搭公車。 (B)詢問花蓮計程車是跳錶還是喊價?回答:不知道耶，可能要問計程車司機。 (C)配合政府旅遊補助方案，高鐵購票證明看了再看，不知可否申報，還要詢問主管。

安靜不吵雜!
預定2大床的房間，整理舒適度及房間還有浴室的潔淨度還算不錯，停車間足夠，夜晚還蠻安靜的，離市區也不遠，用散步的大約20分鐘左右就到了。
