"Was here for two nights after four nights up in Wulingyuan, very friendly staff, spoke enough English to provide guidance and suggestions. They helped me with my Tianmen Mt. itinerary, path suggestion, and transportation. Room is very cozy and neat, provides toothbrush, comb, shower cap, body wash and shampoo where many places in China don't supply. I just wish the room can be warmer during the winter."

"We ordered a smoke free room but still could smell cigarettes from the AC or door gaps. Even the towels had a faint odor of cigarettes on some days. The staff don't do anything about it, as smoking in places you're not supposed to is still very tolerated in China. Disappointing, non smokers shouldn't be second class citizens."

"Everything is excellent for me. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious. The price is good. Laundry is free and in good condition. Location is good to eat, visit and shopping. I will stay again with my group of friend next time."
