The facility is rather limited. Small pool area. Even sea view room has no view from the room itself, must go up to roof top to enjoy view. Meal service is ok. The room has nice decor. It’s a secluded getaway place.

I was dissappointed with the staff in front office when checking in and I did a complaint to hotels.com. Amazing thing was the resort did not ignore my feedback but they tried to ask and listen what exactly I was dissappointed and they tried really hard to make us feel better. The way they cared and react was really nice.

Super nice multi floor jaccuzi suite with an outside patio and private roof terrace. The staff were super friendly and helpful and even tended to my twisted ankle after a hiking accident. Food was great and nicer than places several times the price. Perfect spot for a honeymoon.

Absolutely lovely hotel, super friendly and attentive staff. The pool overlooks the sea and the monkey hill. Close to the fishermen village. The room was spacious and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more.

The room is spacious and clean. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Can understand and speak English well. We requested some special arrangement and the manager and his team did a great job. We had a very memorable stay. The only complaint is the air conditioner was a bit too noisy.

Nicest hotel along the beach!
It was a good trip. The hotel is well maintained and i dare say the hotel is the nicest along the whole stretch of beach there. She doesn't have that many rooms but all the rooms are well furnished with good amenities. I stayed at the Private Pool Villa with Seaview while my friends stayed at the Deluxe room. The rooms did not disappoint us. My friends came over to my villa and really enjoyed the spaciousness of it and of course the pool too. The private pool villa comes with free afternoon tea in the villa. The staff are very friendly. The hotel's infinity swimming pool was small but i guess due to the size of the hotel, it was adequate. Do try to be at the pool at sunset OR sunrise. The view is amazing. The breakfast could have been better. Not much selection. Tip: if you are staying in the Private Pool Villa with Sea view, ask for the ones right behind the restaurant. These are the ones that have the whole sea view when you are at the sun deck at the villa's second level. Overall, we have enjoyed this trip with Yana Villas.

Great service! Staff are friendly and helpful! The room is clean and the environment is good! However, there do not have any supermarket or convenience store nearby.. The closest store takes around 10 mins walking distance and there is no shuttle service available.

期望改善的不在於酒店本身
可直接到華欣沙灘，沙灘環境寧靜，令人感到心情放鬆。反而有部份酒店住客，是大夥兒的家庭，可能心情太興奮，晚上玩樂時仍發出很大聲浪，包括叫嚷，就連出入關門聲也很大。明白小孩子未懂關注這些問題，但這確實有點滋擾，家長也可以藉此教育一下。沒有即時反映，因為也不想影響大家旅遊心情，留言只是希望旅客日後也可注意這點，大家開心愉快旅行。酒店方面不方便即時去處理的，或許可以在入住登記時預早略為提示吧！
