The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The shuttle to the HSR station was a plus and the driver was friendly and kind. It would be even better if they can expand the timing for the shuttle in the future.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The surrounding area was also very safe and nice, and very close to the airport so it's convenient. The room was clean except for the shower area. The floor of the shower area did not look and feel very clean because the grouts were brown and the floor was slightly slimy. Soundproofing of the room is quite bad because I could hear people from other rooms turning on their showers, opening/closing doors or moving around in their rooms so I wasn't able...

Located just beside the A8 Taoyuan airpot MRT station, very convenient, especially need to catch an early flight at Taoyuan international airport. Lots of affordable local food nearby. beside a shopping mall & hospital.

The staff are competent and friendly. Before we arrived, they emailed a reminder. Booking the hotel-airport shuttle is easy. Long after we checked out, while we waited for the shuttle, we may help themselves with snacks and drinks for free.
The only discomfort I have is the centralized air-con with no local temperature control. It was very cold (19-20C) and we had to ask for a heater. Turning off the air-con would make the room stuffy.
