"Great hotel. Badly managed shuttle service. Looked like the driver could not care that the bus was soon filled with what looked like non-customers of the hotel or airline passengers, rushing to the bus and filing it only to leave legitimate customers and airport traveler’s with bags, off the bus to wait for the next one in the rain."

"When I checked in I had to take a handicap lift to the bottom floor. There was an elevator but it didn’t go down. Breakfast was subpar. I only had a coffee because was uncomfortable eating other items. I will be back in 6/6 on my way home. I hope that I will be able to enjoy my stay then"

"The staff members were good especially the cooks, bar attendant and waffle maker. The day manager was very friendly. The food was ok. I just like bacon better than sausage. Their chicken wings were very good. Housekeeping fell very short. Our room was not cleaned the entire stay. The bathroom was cleaned only on the last day before our departure. We only got cleaned towels when asked and only cleaned face cloths one day. The sheets were never changed. We spoke to the day manager and the front desk employee each day and nothing changed. Other day cleaning our rooms daily and providing face cloths, our stay was ok."

"The staff was great, it’s very convenient to the airport & our room was comfortable, but the place didn’t feel very clean. The lobby area, lobby bathrooms, public hall ways were not well kept. Our bedding was very comfortable & clean, but other areas of the room had stains & just seemed not up to par for a Hilton property. Of course the prices at the convenient market are offensively high."
