"Was given a room for late night check in, when we arrived the key was not in lockbox. They are very hard to reach, whennwe finally had someone on the property we found out our room was given to someone else. Not worth the hassle just book nearby at a Hilton. There were a lot of people just smoking or drinking outside their vehicles at midnight, didn't feel safe."

"My wife used a washcloth to help her remove her light makeup. Unknown to us we would be charged $10 for “soiling” a washcloth. It Wash dirty not SOILED! This is a petty way to increase revenue as they likely simply tossed it in the wash and took no further action."

"Location is excellent! The kitchenette was good. Rooms and the hotel was clean. Housekeeping staff excellent! The front desk and dining staff some of them seemed not happy to be there! The breakfast was good for the price of the stay. Overall good stay!"

"Clean room. Small pillows. Breakfast was dismal. Convenience store sugar donuts and granola bars. No juice. No milk. No fruit. Cups and a jug of tap water. Laughable. No staff just a kiosk with a lady from India remotely checking you in. The place has no security and is in a sketchy neighborhood with people wandering the streets yelling at themselves. They could walk in and access your room at any time. "

"This is an older hotel wth outdoor entry rooms. The rooms were nice and arranged very well. The associate at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to NASA. There was plenty of parking there,"

"Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Overall it was clean just slightly run down. Breakfast everyday was good and a nice addition. Pool was ok and hot tub is non existent. Location was alright felt safe and was close to everything. "

"We asked for a rollaway bed ahead of time as stated on the hotels website that they were available and when we got there they had none. Bed was uncomfortable and my son had to sleep on the couch which was hard and smelled. Shower overflowed and got bathroom floor soaked. "
