The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and smelled clean. I was apalled to find that the vanity kit in the restroom had dirty used qtips inside. Room was cozy but uncomfortably hot. We had to have someone come take a look at the ac system but after that it was comfortable. ...
