Modern B & B
Entire property needs maintenance. Peeling paint, water stains on ceiling and rust in bathtub. No hot water in bathroom sink. Amenities like shower gel and shampoo are Dollar Store brand. No light on exterior stairs, and i had difficulty reaching anyone to check in.

The Marlene Inn
The rooms are very nice, spacious, with comfortable beds. You feel like you’re at home and not at a hotel. The staff are so nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
