Westmont Extended Stay Houston hotels

"I was extremely impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the Magnolia. The customer service was exceptional and it was the first time in a while where “extras” are included in the stay. They had a shuttle that was always available when I needed it, breakfast was provided and it was a lovely restaurant dining experience. They offered complimentary water and coffee in the lobby, as well as complimentary water bottles in the rooms. The cleaning service was great. The entire staff was friendly and responsive. I will definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful property with wonderful staff will return"

"This property is not what you would expect from Hyatt. It is VERY dated and needs a total update. First, there was no hot water for 36 hours after we arrived. Mold in the bathroom the for would not close. All the furniture is chipped and scuffed. The lamps had broken switches and did not work. Wallpaper coming of the walls in the hallways. They did give us a new room after complaining to the front desk. Expedia negotiated a comp for the first night of our 3 day stay."

"The hotel is beautiful but there were some negatives. The pool was not heated. The spa lacked a steam room. The restaurant food was not good at all (the most disappointing part). And they keep these large koi fish in an indoor pool area with no access to the sun. Koi need sun for their health. This to me was just pure animal cruelty. For that reason, they should be ashamed of themselves."
