My room is covered in carpet stains, mold, and rust. The mold is all over the bath ceilings & walls. The rust is covering the inside and outside of the bathroom door and also on the metal lamps in tbe room. There is rust inside the microwave and inside of the refrigerator freezer.My tub faucet spins backwards theres no drain plug for a bath. The pool has been down for what looks like months. The elevators are down. The offer to exchange to a smaller room with a couch and a bed upstairs.

The staff was polite and helpful, we enjoyed communicating with the folks. The room was clean enough for us. The biggest issues were amenities. I counted 5 items that were broken: elevator, ice dispenser on 2nd floor, coffee machine (although it still poured hot water) and 2 treadmills. I suggest the management fixes the items, it will make the stay much more pleasant.

The pool was green and filthy during the spring time. I had no coffee machine in my room although there was coffee packets and sugar. Ask front desk for a coffee machine and got no response. There was no extra sheets for the pullout bed. The room smelled stale. The property was extremely dirty, trash everywhere broken bottles, lack of maintenance.

Overall, it was alright. It was peaceful and the room was clean and the staff was nice. Only thing I wish was better was the breakfast. There wasn’t any fruit or protein options available, so I mainly just ate waffles and toast.

The staff were attentive and professional, which made the stay more pleasant. The hotel itself could use some improvements: there was a noticeable smell in the hallway, the bathroom ventilation didn’t seem to work, and the pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast was quite basic.

Mold on the bed linens and bathroom ceiling, wall next to the bathtub was plastic with a huge open crack. (Wouldn't dare use the bathtub or shower)oom smelled like mildew, carpet smelled horrible and stained my children's socks. Breakfast was nothing major. If you're alone and need somewhere quick to spend a night it will do. Nowhere to bring your family; pool was closed.

The staff gave me a room with the furniture with fresh paint and we damage our clothes. The staff accepted that they painted the room that day. So I wonder why he did that? Then they change the room but the AC did not worked Then I requested a towel and i had to go the reception to get it as the staff did not want to take it to my room

Property was good. Stayed for one night after a night out. Room was great but some area dirty. The curtains had stains all over them, looking like blood or some type of red/brown stain. The door to our room had a broken safety latch which was a bit concerning but luckily the deadbolt was just fine i guess. The biggest disappointment overall was the breakfast. Only waffles, no type of protein, etc. I’d give it a 7/10 overall for our one night stay. Great front desk gentleman.
