"The minute we started checking in with CRYSTAL at the front desk, it was inviting and kind. She asked were we safe in the recent storms when we told her we are from here. Also, PATTI, who was our server in the restaurant is delightful, friendly, professional and thorough with making sure we had everything to feel comfortable at the restaurant and for our stay. Patti has been our server on 2 other occasions there and just wonderful each time! They both raise the bar on excellent employees! Both of the ladies wrote and left us personal well wishes for our New Orleans girls weekend with my daughter, and put the notes under our door. That was an extra special surprise!"

"The pool is a little small and boring. The pictures make it look better than it is. The staff was really nice and the hotel is really clean."

"Booked this hotel for a concert we were attending at Toyota Center. It was very close to the arena and the hotel even offered a shuttle service to and from the concert! The entire staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Houston! "

"The property was very nice from the decor to the employees even down to the valet, only thing I didn’t like is it is a pet free hotel because I don’t do pets and look like I had pet hair on the couch that was in the room I stayed in (could have been lint though) but overall I had a great stay at hotel Laura !!!! "
