This property was about the worst I have ever been to.. They did not have the room I book available Apoun arrival, they gave me two rooms with just a king bed. One of the rooms were uncleaned and had roaches in it. The next day they attempted to place me in the room that I book but it was not cleaned either. I informed them I would not stay in that. I had to place 5 people in a one bed room again. . In this room I find what look like rat holes in the walls. The room phone did not work either. I attempted to go to the front desk to get towels, I had to wait an hour for the front desk person to come back inside from smoking weed to be able to finally get them. I attempted to contact the hotel manager multiple times and would not answer or call me back.

My stay was 3 nights… my last day I return to my room to find it unclean. I had no clean towels n beds were not made. Trash had not been taken out… I had to ask for extra towels and extra blankets as the bag for the couch had only one pillow. I let the front desk know the day checked and he only thing the receptionist could stay was sorry.

The room was infested with roaches they were everywhere. I actually checked out early the next morning. It was mind blowing. I also have pictures.

The price was right for a king bed plus sofa and kitchenette. The breakfast was moderately plentiful, but the food was less than impressive. (There was a lady making omelets to order, but I did not try one.) The plastic cutlery was so flimsy that my fork broke on the scrambled eggs and my knife broke while spreading jelly. The showerhead was pretty old and gunked up; when my husband complained. they replaced it the same day with one that sprayed better but was definitely not new. Location is convenient to major roads, but very hard to get to (possibly the fault of Houston, not the hotel). This is a good place if you are on a budget and need space or if you need to work in your room.

Misleading communications - room key card didn’t worked at first attempt. Reason - wrong room number provided during check in. Rooms are approx 10 year old. Noticed loose screws in door dead lock and maintenance team fixed it. Exhaust fan never worked.

I had a nice stay with my kids in the fully ensuite room with double beds, the staff were awesome and helpful. The breakfast and omelet made on the spot by preference was also great. Ill definitely be back.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Full (clean) kitchen, living area separated from bedroom, clean sheets and towels. Good breakfast choices, including omelet made to order. Close to I10, so a little noisy, but overall I would definitely stay here again.

False Advertisements
Initially, we were supposed to get a double bedroom room but instead they gave us a small room with two beds. When I talked to the front desk they said that they hadn’t rented out that room in 2 months and they weren’t taking reservations for that room. My problem is that I paid for that room on hotels.com and turns out that room wasn’t even available! False advertisement.

Dirty rooms and common areas. Second building is not connected to primary building. Parking lot is dirty, not well lit, and unsafe. Very disappointing.
