Overall this was a good hotel. However, I hate these new tv’s that aren’t friendly to firesticks. I couldn’t control the volume of my firestick with the remote for the tv box thing. So I had to use the limited apps on the tv. Luckily I do use Netflix. These restrictions are stupid and will make me consider other hotels in the future.

This property is located in a brand new office park. The location is very well lit at night and very clean. It's right off the I45 and is very well located for easy access.

It was a great location. The bummer was the bar wasn’t open. It was a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. If the bar isn’t open then, is it ever? There were over 20 people hanging out in the lobby. The bar would have been nice. Check-in/out staff was great. Beds comfy.

I’m loving the redesigned Courtyard hotels! There room amenities are comfy and the mini Starbucks bars in the lobby are so nice in the morning when you want a quick coffee and breakfast. The staff has been excellent at the two Courtyards I visited recently. It makes me look for this brand when we travel and I don’t mind paying a little more for a consistently great experience. Special shout out to Julia at the Spring, TX location. She saw me in the lobby waiting for the coffee bar to open and she made sure I had a cup of coffee while I waited. So nice and unexpected!

The breakfast service was inefficient and slow. This was not the fault of the staff, who were attentive--it just took a long time to process people who waited 10 minutes in line to place an order, then another 15 minutes to receive their food.
