"The hotel was gorgeous. Very great for the price. The breakfast was good and the hotel was nicely decorated. I don’t have any complaints. The staff was friendly and I didn’t have any issues. "

"The location is phenomenal and convenient. Some staff were as helpful as they are trained to be. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Checking in the front desk attendant looked irritated we had our pet. She put us on thee ninth floor(our view of downtown Houston was nice) next door to the elevator then proceeded to ask, you're not leaving her alone right? Maybe I was wrong to assume that a family friendly hotel is exactly that. There are no microwaves (1st floor one is available) and or refrigerators in the rooms. We were not informed our room phone did not work. She had a lot of information to tell me but that. Half of our channels didn't work. Keurig was dusty. Glad my instinct lead me clean before truly settling down.There were a lot of little inconveniences that made it a bit more annoying as a family traveling. I did enjoy thee art on the walls. My personal experience and opinion I would not recommend it for families. I would not stay again. "

"The property was clean and safe in the parking lot aswell. The key had to be reset like 4 times but that is always expected just inconvenient "

"Sometimes I had hot water, and sometimes I didn’t. Water pressure is poor. Sometimes my room was cleaned properly, and sometimes it wasn’t. Sometimes they replaced my towels, and sometimes they didn’t. Very inconsistent all around and overpriced."
