Tub, sink and shower curtain had hair on and in it. Furniture was stained, old, discolored and smelly. Table in living room had crumbs all around in the cracks of it. The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
Food at restaurants were good staff was excellent. We’re they failed house keeping was terrible. Room was not cleaned until Sunday night after I went down to the front desk and talked to the manager on duty. They finally sent the supervisor and two ladies to clean our room. The Whitehall Houston
First off the staff from manager to the staff were very courteous and attentive to all needs. For the money you would expect breakfast to be included or at least breakfast bar for a flat fee. Rooms we’re starting to really show wear.

Kozy Houston North
The staff members were incredibly sweet, but sadly the rooms left more to be desired. The rooms were definitely dated, the tv didn’t work in my first room and once I was moved to another one my comforter had stains on them, and the towels had red mold on there as well.
