The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
We do not like anything about the property. This is not a luxury property as advertised. Floors smelled of smoke, carpet and furniture in the room was stained and looked dirty.

The staff members were incredibly sweet, but sadly the rooms left more to be desired. The rooms were definitely dated, the tv didn’t work in my first room and once I was moved to another one my comforter had stains on them, and the towels had red mold on there as well.
