Good morning and thank you for choosing to stay with us during your recent travels to Houma. I sincerely apologize about the tv issue this has been addressed. The $20 is an incidental authorization hold that every guest has at check in. This hold is so guest can charge things from the market to their rooms if they wish to do so. Any amount not used is always refunded 3 to 5 business days after check out. We hope you choose to stay with us again the next time you are in the Houma area.
