"The area was great for walking around. The hotel itself was nice and amazing staff! However our room had so many maintenance issues that made it difficult just to get ready for the day like the toilet, shower head and drain."

What I didn't like was that we were in the middle of a busy part of the city & lighting in the bathroom was dim. "They do not offer cable TV. If you stream movies at home, such as Network or Prime, you can access through ROKU, but their ROKU was down. Finally able to access live TV. Kerugh coffee maker did not work. You had to ask for housekeeping, otherwise they don’t clean your room. The staff was very helpful and nice, I felt sorry for them. "

"Clean room, modern hotel. No room service next day when we got back mid afternoon. I would say it’s a good business hotel. Food was average at the restaurant, in my opinion too expensive for what you got. "

"Elevator issue gotta be fix… its a total work out. not a Hotel to rest as you gonna be running the stairs up and down evretime… unless you wanna wait long for slow elevator. fix this an hotel will make sence in the middle of gaslamp quarters"
