"Great location, but significant air quality issues ​While there were highlights to our stay, we were ultimately disappointed due to issues that affected our health and comfort. ​The Positives: The location of the hotel is absolutely ideal and made getting around Panama City very convenient. Additionally, the breakfast was very good with a great selection of high-quality options. ​The Negatives: Unfortunately, the condition of our room was a major concern. Upon entering, we noticed a persistent musty smell. During our stay, both my husband and I became very congested, and he eventually developed a nasty cough. ​When we investigated the source of the discomfort, we found that the air conditioning vent was extremely dirty and appeared to have no filter. This lack of maintenance also meant the room never cooled down properly, making for uncomfortable nights. ​To make matters worse, we reached out to the property via Expedia to address these concerns while we were there, but we never received a response. ​For a hotel of this caliber, we expected much better maintenance and basic communication. We likely won't be returning due to the impact this had on our health during the trip."

"Modern and clean hotel in Panama City, right downtown. Lobby is on the 15th floor, with the rooms above and restaurants on the 14th. Room was shaped differently (like a triangle) but the shower was very big and it also included a big tub. Good views from the giant windows. Staff was professional. "
