It was close to Road Atlanta which was perfect for going to Formula Drift! It was nice and clean. Definitely will be staying there again!

Biggest issues were lots of traffic noise all day and night. Breakfast was average at best. Better than nothing.Rooms were clean and staff was excellent.

This property is new, so it was clean, but the walls and floors are thin and sounds kept waking us up. Also,our room faced the parking lot with bright lights all night, and the blackout shade was broken. When I reported this to the clerk at the desk, she said she would tell someone but did nothing about it.

The front desk clerks were so helpful and wonderful. This is truly the first time that I’ve had such a wonderful experience at a hotel in years. Can’t blame COVID as most want to it is just personalities. These ladies deserve a raise!!!

Perfect location and amazing beds
The hotel has been open for 5 years but it feels brand new. The beds were surprisingly super comfortable. Good television channels. The location was super great because it was just 5 min from Chateau Elan, 3 gas stations on the corner and around the corner from the Hwy. Downtown Brasselton was just 7 min away. Shopping and restaurants up the street. This is a perfect hotel if you want to explore this area. Yes there is a grave yard in front of the hotel but who cares. It didn't take anything away from our stay LOL. Only disappointment is the pool was closed (weekend after Labor Day). I think they need to extend the pool opening past Labor Day in Georgia because the weather is still hot for us. If I had one complaint, the floors are thin. You could hear people walking above you which is strange for a commercial building. It felt more like a house flooring. It didn't bother me much but my husband was irritated by the noise. Definitely will stay here when visiting Braselton for our staycations.

Nice stay
I had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was really good and overall the rooms were very clean and comfortable. One of my coworkers had an issue with some people being loud upstairs that was very late at night and they handled the problem very quickly.

Took an hour to check in. The room type I booked was not available even though I booked ahead. Took 2 hours the next morning to get moved to the correct room type even though it was empty when I spoke to the desk and was told that it would be cleaned first so we could move our belongings before we left for the day. Given dead keys 2x in the horrific check in process. Advertise cribs on their own site as well as this site but do not have any and apparently no intention of ever having any. Pool was closed. Management promised points enough for a free night to my IGH account for the trouble but did not do so.

I have to say that I have never had such a beautiful view of a graveyard that sits directly in front of the Hotel. It’s very convenient to Chateau Elan Winery but the attendant at the desk was determined not to allow any guests in rooms until after 3:00 PM.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was horrendous. Yellow jello is not eggs! My biggest complaint was the blaring music in the halls. I could definitely hear it in my room. They really need to turn it down

Loved staying here because of the close proximity to my event. The property needs lighting installed on the county road which runs in front of it. It is so dark at night that it is difficult to see the road and the actual turn lane to use to enter the property. Please have that change made ASAP.
