Hotels in Horsley Park, Sydney

"I recently stayed at Ibis Darling Harbour and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience overall. The hotel is in quite poor condition—carpets are ripped in places, and both the rooms and bathrooms feel very worn and in need of maintenance and renovation. Service was also disappointing for the most part, as some staff members came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. However, I do want to acknowledge one staff member—a young woman at reception—who kindly assisted us in changing rooms. She was professional, approachable, and made an effort to improve our stay, which we really appreciated. That said, the general condition of the hotel and the inconsistent service made the stay far below expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve both the facilities and customer experience."

"The property is in a good location close to Darling Harbour, but it is certainly getting tired. For example, the bike in the gym did not work correctly, the door to gym looked like it had broken for years, the blinds in our room were broken and every just needed a good refresh. The staff service was OK. One pet perv is when you specifically say on check in that you are not interested in marketing emails or in joining a reward club and do not check that box, and 15 minutes later you start getting spammed. Well that will happen if you stay here. Honestly good value for money but I would book elsewhere next time I am in Sydney."

"Always love staying here especially when going to the lyric theatre. Plenty of Dining options and close to the water. Pool is lovely and breakfast amazing"

"We stayed in a one bedroom suite for two nights for three people. The fold out bed is terrible with the mattress having springs / lumps everywhere. Very poor mattress for the money you pay. Room service food was the worst. I had a simple order of a ham and cheese toasted sandwich - it was burnt so I asked for a new unburnt one to be cooked. When it came back they had taken off one side and flipped the burnt side over. So it was burnt and uneditable - for $38 total. The Conciege service was outstanding. With so many options in Sydney for accomodation and if you know you will need a sofa bed and just want simple room service there are others choices"
