"First room we were given had torn curtains and needed to be swept. Elevator was broken all three days. Sign on door to stairs said to bring dirty towels to front desk to exchange for new ones. Never saw anyone from housekeeping. Only positive was exceptional service from breakfast lady. "

Also, my husband accidentally left his suit case in our room when we checked out. We called immediately when we arrived home. They said, they didn't find any suite case in our room. Which is absolutely absurd!"
