"The drain in 319 drains so slow you're covered in soap. They had no coffee in the room or in the lobby. I understand there's a renovation going on, but these are simple things. Unfortunately I won't be staying there again. Not worth the $150+ a night at all."

"the jacuzzi in the room was great. The room was in good condition, not the cleanest but not terrible. The entire floor we were on smelled like cigarettes and allegedly there was supposed to be free continental breakfast but that was nowhere in sight. Every soda machine or snack machine was "out of order" so no breakfast and no snacks available. disappointing. Also, just weird vibes."
