"Phone did not work, however they did send someone right up to fix it ,however, he was unable to get it fixed. Wallpaper was peeling on the wall. Basement room was musty smelling and bedding felt damp. Cracked glass in paper sleeve. Very convenient location to Biltmore and downtown. Carla at front deck extremely helpful and friendly. We did change rooms and the gentleman that helped with this was extremely kind."

"It was a bit difficult to enter the parking lot of the Clarion. The driveway is a bit hidden. But once you get to the motel, it was a nice set-away place in a busy area."

"The hotel was very nice and quaint. Inside the hotel offered coffee bar, restaurant and separate bar. Great locations walkable to other areas of downtown. The rooftop area was very nice place to hold an event. You have view of the downtown area. Also, the deliver cute basket breakfast to your room door every morning. "
