"Property was going through repairs. Lobby person seemed a little too engaged with staff members discussing the next days work schedule while we waited to be checked in. When she finally got around to checked us in, she assigned our room on the 3rd floor and directed us to park in back. She neglected to tell us that the back elevator was out, forcing us to have to lug all our luggage up two flights of stairs. There is another elevator near the lobby that we could have used but she didn’t seem...

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was great. The major drawback was the heavy chemical fragrance odor throughout the carpeted portions of the building and the room. Even with window open in the room, it was strong and allergy-triggering. Would not stay again unless this was addressed."

"The property was under a bit of construction so it was not too clean and lobby got a bit cramped. The room is a bit on the small side for holiday inn express, shower hot/cold was swapped, shower water pressure too small. The AC auto is the same as lo fan setting causing it to blow cold air onto the bed the entire night. We had to cover it with a towel nightly to mitigate. Old towels removed, but no new towels provided if no room service. Just a bunch of small things making our stay not quite...

"Rooms spacious, clean and in good condition. Breakfast area, bar area and other communal areas clean and in good condition. Laundry room and BBQ grills outside front of hotel are convenient. Plenty of parking around hotel. Chick fil A across road and liquor store within 5 minute walk. Chief engineer who was also filling in for shuttle bus driver was very friendly and helpful- 5 star employee! Very few other local amenities within 30 minute walk. "I did not have high expectations upon arrival because of the photos that are on the internet. The property is older but it is well maintained and the staff is beyond helpful. The hotel is clean and the view is beautiful. We were really happy and would absolutely return."

"It is in a very convenient spot no fitness center in the building but a good running track adjacent to the hotel very clean and comfortable. No breakfast offered you can carry your protein bar 😊 I enjoyed my stay I will do it a gain"
