Hotel Dekat Terminal Feri Horgen

"There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....

"The exquisite garden and outstanding staff make this hotel a true gen"

"Lovely historic hotel in the heart of old town Zürich."

"Beautiful apartment located in a great location near great restaurants, shops and river! Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Would highly recommend this apartment."

"Room was exceptional. Did not read that the rooftop pool was an extra charge in the amenities for hotel guests; it seemed to read as a charge for the general public to use the pool and the spa, the way it was worded. Hotel was one of the very best and the food excellent"

"The only negative was the lack of air conditioning and no screens in the windows. Outside of that everything was amazing."

"This isn’t just a great hotel, it’s one of the best in the world. Treat yourself if you are traveling to Zurich. Can’t wait to go back"

"Everyone on the staff was so professional and courteous, really making the experience pleasant."

"Staff friendly and attentive. Room is comfortable and with nice amenities"

"Ik was op zakenreis en dit is perfect. Heel ruim appartement, ontzettend proper en alles bij de hand: handdoeken, shampoo, douchegel, .. Enige minpuntje: de douche kan iets beter. Voor mij is dit geen spelbreker, ik kom absoluut terug. "

"The hotel was in an excellent central location not only were there bus stops close by but the main train station was within easy walking distance. Our double bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and Marco the breakfast assistant was polite and attentive. The amenities were all excellent and the only thing missing was a fridge in the room which is why I only gave 4 and not 5 stars ."

"extremely helpful, supportive and kind staff. very clean and beautiful room."
