Hotel berdekatan Taman Rimba Sihlwald Zurich

"Great location next to train station but the trains were very quiet. Very short walk to lake, which was beautiful."

"Room was exceptional. Did not read that the rooftop pool was an extra charge in the amenities for hotel guests; it seemed to read as a charge for the general public to use the pool and the spa, the way it was worded. Hotel was one of the very best and the food excellent"

"It was all Perfect"

"The only negative was the lack of air conditioning and no screens in the windows. Outside of that everything was amazing."

"Gutes Frühstück aber kalte Pfannkuchen Das Zimmer ist schön nur der Blick aus dem Fenster ist auf eine Betonwand des gegenüberliegenden Kaufhauses Aber alles im allem gutes Hotel Zentral und 2 Minuten von der Tram entfernt"

"One of the beds was old and not suitable for sleeping, I had requested a replacement but staff simply turned it over which didn’t help at all. After another request it was finally replaced. In a junior suite, I would expect excellent quality and promptly addressing the issue. Restaurant food was excellent; however, service staff not well trained and not in line with experiences prior to the renovation or what would be expected from this hotel."

"The exquisite garden and outstanding staff make this hotel a true gen"

"Perfect hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet was the best I had in Switzerland. Comfortable and large room."

"extremely helpful, supportive and kind staff. very clean and beautiful room."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Very cozy vibe to it, on the smaller side but had everything for me as 1 person. Staff friendly and helpful. Has air conditioning which is a plus, though it does not cool room down that much which hotel is aware of and had fan already in my room which was sufficient. Great location! Very central and near river. Cons: there is nowhere to stay in the lobby should you get there early and need a place to relax before room, breakfast is 20 CHF which is honestly not...

"Sehr angenehmer und ruhiger Aufenthalt. Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis Leistung ist für die Gegend sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, ein grosses Buffet ub einem Keller, was schon an sich ein Erlebnis ist."

"Good service, the staff is very friendly and the information is clear"
