"The gal that works the reception is an absolute delight. The customer service at this hotel is truly exceptional and the location can’t be beat. It might need a tiny bit of maintenance in certain places like scratches on the floor but it’s perfectly clean, safe and the beds are firm and comfy. Don’t even doubt it. I’ve stayed two times now"

"Thai is a nice place. The only issue with my unit is that was on the first floor facing the st. Therefore it was a bit noisy at night. But I know they have other units more quite. Good AC, clean apartment, nice looking. Very helpful staff, kitchen was good. "

Even the popular yellow "Red Line" tour bus had a stop three blocks away. The room was more the size of a studio apartment, with a couch, kitchenette, and breakfast bar. I received 2 messages from host, one indicating general check in and chack out time and the other, too close to my arrival while I was travelling internationally to do an obkigatiry check in via a link that didnt let me create a password. I called and no one answered so I was hnable to enter the property. I am awating response from management for a refound or similar. Unacceptable!"
