Excellent place! Service is fantastic and the staff couldn't be better. I had several problems during that time and they were more then accommodating, over the top helpful! I recommend this place to everyone.

Check-in was easy, staff friendly & helpful. The room - kitchen, bed, bathroom - was very good. Cleaning could be better ( shower glass, carpet edges & side of couch). Biggest issue was the freeway noise. Even with the exhaust fan on high, sound machine & noise cancelling ear buds, engine braking & other truck noise was heard throughout the night. Some sound proofing on the windows would be beneficial.

Best Hotel in Hopkinsville

We stay there every Christmas. We love it! Customer service is over the top! The staff always makes you feel welcome. The rooms are always clean and love the spacious bathrooms with walk in showers. This is our hotel and would not stay anywhere else while in Hopkinsville.

I've stayed here several times and it's always been clean and nice. However this time I must've gotten the last available room. It had several issues from flooring peeling up, AC unit leaking water causing wet, stinky carpet. Drywall repairs were unfinished. The room was clean but things weren't quite up to par for my expectations. Room should've been discounted. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were good.

Our room was full of ants! We left a bag of chips on the night stand before bed and when we woke up it was swimming in ants. The glasses in the suite were also very very dirty and the refrigerator was also very dirty. The gym was also not the cleanest; heavy dirt and dust on the equipment. I was very disappointed as I was Under the impression that Marriott hotels are higher end. I will not stay here again.
