"The staff member at check-in was friendly and charming. The room was clean and smelled nice as we walked in. Mattresses were comfortable allowing for a good night’s sleep. In our bathroom, while it was mostly clean, did have areas at the baseboards around the tub that needs attention. The design of the shower allows for water to splash out and water to pool. Pink residue has built up at the floor level in the grout and that needs to be scrubbed. Hair in the tub drain should have been removed as part of the cleaning. Breakfast was basic. The poor staff member did look a bit frazzled at trying to keep the area stocked and straightened. I think we came at the end of a rush though, so not his fault. However an extra staff person would have been a good idea. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we’ll stay again on our next visit to the area. "

"Hotel is pretty clean, breakfast was good, parking free and we felt safe. The staff were amazing, so nice and attentive. The only reason for the 4 stars is that we had to wait for our room to be cleaned when we got there for check-in"

"This was a complete disaster of a stay. We are only here due to our house burning down and leaving us no where to go. The room i rented was to accommodate 4 (king size bed and sofa bed) and it wasn't. The sofa bed was just a regular sofa. When asked about it from front desk, was told we dont have them and would need to pay a difference if we need to change rooms tonight or wait till tomorrow for free. Got to new room the next day, tv not in service and had to get maintenance to fix. We waited 6 hours to recieve dishes after asking for some once in the room, to be told i had to come downstairs to get them and get upstairs to see the silverware and plates had food and stains still on them. This place is horrible, when asked for room cleaning and change of linen, the housekeeper laughed and stated this not that type of hotel!!!! We were instructed to collect all of the dirty linen; towels, wash clothes, bed linen and bring it downstairs to be washed and returned once done. This hotel is disrespectful from the counter agents to housekeeping and will never use again!"

"We booked a king rm and we got 2 doubles instead. Arrived late after 10 PM, No toilet paper, frig and microwave were dirty and the floors. "

"Hampton stay was nice. The room was small and cozy. I like that the hotel was across the street from a shopping center. You could shop at Ross, Marshall, Ultra and Target. There was a shoe store called DSW. If you wanted a few things from the grocery you had Giant grocery store. I love that they provide a complimentary breakfast."

"The staff was very friendly however the property was not the cleanest. The halls smell like dog, the shower does not drain while running you’re standing in a pool of your shower water while washing, the bathroom sink was dirty, and the other hotel guests will stand in front of your window if you’re on the 1st floor and talk loudly for hours. If you’re not desperate I don’t recommend staying here. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading "
