"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"I was greeted warmly when checking in, I had a comfortable bed, hot water. I didn't use the microwave or fridge. The breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes in the buffets. A pancake maker. And the other items you'd expect from a continental breakfast. The only bad mark has nothing to do with the hotel. I was at the end closest to Post Rd. "Rte 6 can be an issue when making a left into the parking lot of the hotel depending on time of day. Be careful. Room was clean, lighting could be better. No table lamps just ceiling lights with led. A little bright. Water pressure and temp was great. Bed was comfortable. Could have used another blanket and maybe 2 more towels for 2 adults for 2 nights. All in all I would recommend due to cleanliness and the gentleman who helped us at check in was great. "
