"Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff, and great amenities. Room surfaces were quite dusty/dirty and there were spider webs found periodically but nothing too majorly bad. Heater in the room was great and the bed was very comfortable!"

"This was honestly the best place we stayed in South Island. We stayed at places double/triple the price and this one was still the best. It was extremely clean, room extremely comfortable and spacious (the comfiest bed we have ever slept on) and the staff was extremely accommodating. "The room was spotless, and he upgraded us to the spa room. The service was outstanding. The owner was so kind and generous. He picked us up at the airport because we had to drop off the car a day early, and then took us back to the airport the next day. He recommended places to eat and see. Very kind, helpful, and the accomodations were great. The one thing I loved the most is the the vanity mirror was next to a window so it was easy to to see to put on your makeup.
