"The hotel is dirty! The carpet looks so aged and dirty! The rooms need deep cleaning, there were hair and dirty sarong the bed that were touching the walls. The room was ok clean! Not what I expected from Best Western Plus, disappointed! However, the 2 morning staff we had interactions with were amazing. Not sure what the gentleman’s name at check out was but he was so friendly and would probably put a smile on a person that was upset! The lady that was working the breakfast also drove...

"Property needs updating in a bad way. It was mostly clean but there's only so much they can do. Bathtub had a slow drip leak you could hear all night and consequently tub nonslip mat had mold. Was asked not to lower a/c below 70 degrees so it wouldn't freeze up. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Good location."
