"What a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. It had a kitchen and open air living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Wayan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beach with many restaurants and bars that is about a 15 minute walk away. i would definitely stay here again."

"It was exceptional from start to finish. The property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious with many choices every day. And upon check-out, they hold your bags, and you can use all the amenities, including an amazing private outdoor shower and changing room in their spa, before you get on a long flight. "Cats laying on the dining tables, while people were eating. No cold water in fridge. Expected to fill a plastic bottle with tepid water from a container at reception. The hotel’s decor although clean had seen better days. It was located in the middle of a busy dual carriageway with constant heavy traffic. There was no amenities near by. I checked out after one night and moved to a better hotel in a central location. "

"If you want a ‘sit by the pool’ resort this is not your hotel, however if, like us, you want to be out all day and want a hotel that is clean in a good location to rest your head - this is perfect. "Our family loved our stay at this villa. The private pool, shaded by tropical plants was such a joy. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, one with an outdoor shower (private) that was amazing! Restaurants, shops, the beach, grocery store, coffee and massage places were all with 5-10 minute walk. I would stay here again."

"Loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel has everything you need. The rooms are comfortable, although a little on the darker side because of the way the buildings are set out. We booked a club room - 1 king bed (deluxe) and had a nice view looking into the front gardens, with glimpses of the ocean through the trees. I believe the club option may not be worth booking, depending on what you’re looking for. The breakfast options and outlook of the main restaurant we thought were better...

"Good location, great adults only pool (not much sun on sunlounges) breakfast is just OK, nothing special. Staff are wonderful. Gym is great, Yoga is advanced and available 7.00 am everyday. Not far to walk to view sunrise. I would stay again."
