Crowne Plaza住了很多年，Royal Garden去年收购后第一次入住。原本还有些期待，但让人大失所望。说的重新装修，只是换了LOGO，地毯成复合地板，换张桌子。灯的控制开关有问题，也未检修。淋浴间堵水，水外溢到洗脸盆间，WC墙面墙纸有类似深红血迹，装修时也不替换。用品质量大幅下降，如拖鞋质量，洗衣袋质量，洗衣袋用后未补充，擦鞋布用后第二天未及时补充。电梯镜面不锈钢污面，入住几天都未清洁，令人不适。房间原有的转接电源适配器未提供，打电话才提供，质量也下降。服务原先衣物会叠好，现在没有，有次房间打扫后连电视遥控器都只是放在我的衣服上。电视节目和之前比选择性少。早餐更不想说了，只是对面holiday ...
