A very unique experience. Not a usual spot that one needs to walk up towards the mountain lane. Love the redesign of the apartment building. If I stay long in Hong Kong, I’ll choose here as it has washer and kitchen.

The property's central location is excellent. The staff, particularly Hinson at the front desk, are professional and attentive. With only three units per floor, noise from neighbors is minimal. Our spacious suite is functional, but the kitchenware is somewhat minimal for those who plan to cook a decent meal. Unfortunately, the decor appears worn, possibly influenced by Hong Kong's humidity and issues with materials and workmanship.

Rooms were very comfortable and sizeable for Hong Kong and the amenities (kitchenette, washing machine/dryer, baby crib/bassinet) were perfect for travelling with our 3 month old. Despite having to walk a short stretch of steep road to get to the hotel, it was flat all around Wan Chai main areas and to walk to Times Square etc. Bus connections a minutes walk away taking you to the Peak, Stanley Beach, Causeway Bay etc. MTR less than 10min walk. Amazing food nearby. Would definitely recommend staying!

Our second stay after a short trip away from HKG before returning home. Very clean room (Ying Studio) and spacious. The kitchenette and washing machine/dryer combo is great for longer term stays (we have stayed for app 10 days each time). Staff there are very friendly and helpful. Definitely our preferred option when visiting HK again.

The property is clean and has a kitchenette for light cooking and a washing machine/drier combo. Excellent for an alternate option to the traditional hotels, particularly for family or longer term stay. Bit like a service apartment that we have at home. It is located very close to the MRT, buses, trams, local market and plebty of local eateries. A short steep slope walk (50m app) up wan chai gap road is the only down side, but not a concern as we have managed with young kids. (Use the stairs via the park outside the hotel to avoid the slope). Last, but not the least, very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were professional, polite and very accommodating as we went the day after the flood and they had offered to change the dates if we weren’t able to access the building. The room itself was nice, little kitchen and small desk area. Our main issue was that the room was so humid with little to none ventilation meaning the AC had to be kept on 24/7. Additionally, the drain in the bathroom smelt like a public toilet. We told the staff and they went to clean it before we got back. This did help but the smell continued to linger.

fantastic experience
Great service, well located property. The bed is a bit hard for me, but other than that a fantastic experience. The coffee and refreshments in the lobby are a great add-on. The staff are professional and always helpful.
