Good location, but hotel is bad. Our first room they put us in the AC was broken and they knew about it and made us stay 2 nights in it. Once we moved rooms the outlets didn’t work for charging our phones. The washrooms had mold around the showers and sinks. You hear all the noise from your neighbours. I’m a frequent traveler and this is by far one of the worst stays we had. Location was good but overall experience of the hotel is a 0/5.

The hotel is on a very good location. There are many great food places and places within five minutes walk, including the subway ( MRT) station entrance. The check in process was easy and smooth. Our room was ready upon our check in at noon. Staff were also very friendly. Definitely you get what you paid. The size of the room was decent. However, the nightstands were dirty. We wiped it down with a disinfectant wipe and it was filthy. There were no outlets by the beds. The overall condition of the rooms are run down, especially the bathroom. They definitely need an upgrade.

The property inside thr room is too old and outdated. No heater, water leak from the shower door, USB connection exposed, cannot find the remote, and even the phone is not working. After complaint, staff has no interest in rewarding customer or really apologizing. Poor service and not very good attitude. However, a techician, cleaning maid, and the staff at the door who helps arranging taxi were all very helpful and quick. It is the frint desk and the management are poor in service. This hotel should only be a 2-3* hotel. The orice is too high for its service and facility.

This hotel is nice and reasonable price. However, the building itself has many electrical USB charging and phone problems. I wasted ~3 hours trying to fix many problems in the early morning with not much helps. The phone from the room is not wirking at all. The room itself is too outdated. After complainting to the manager, he just told us to complains to the company web. I think it is not acceptable and we deserve to get some compensations for the trouble we gone through. Very poor service in our mind for a 4* hotel

The property does not offer bathrobes and the plumbing system isn't that great. You have to flush multiple times or hold the flush down for a long time to flush everything. Check in and out was very easy. It's a no smoking hotel but our first night there, all we smelled was cigarette smoke all night in our room. Neither of us smoke and I was pregnant so this made it really uncomfortable. Even with the air filter on we could still smell smoke. The air conditioner is very strong. We actually had to keep turning it off because it was so cold. The room service people kept turning it on everytime they cleaned the room. We even asked them to leave it off but they just kept turning it back on. I think the very last day we were there they finally kept it off.

The hotel is located in the heart of Causeway bay where shopping centres are and ample restaurants. I can go anywhere with tram stop right at the doorstep, MTR within walking distance and bus stops everywhere.

Welcoming staff, always friendly and helpful. Good value and undoubtedly popular as a result. Hard to fault anything at this hotel and I will be sure to book again. The only observation, not a criticism, is that some of the fittings and furnishing are beginning to look a little tired and well used. The hotel has been in business for a very long time I believe so not surprising. This comment does not in any way diminish the overall experience and convenience of the hotel and for the cost it is truly a worthwhile experience.

hotel is old and needs some deep cleaning or renovation, room is also carpeted and has thin walls (noisy in the morning), front desk person also not hospitable, place is around 5 mins away from the subway, sogo and wellcome supermarket and donki near the dingding station, there is also an airport bus nearby, many places to eat nearby times square area

Like the dining options. Food quality excellent especially the Regal Palace Chinese Restaurant Didn’t like the toilet flushing button. Awkward position, press sideway instead of down and need to hold the button for a long while in order to flush well.

Everything is good except the hotel condition. The check-in staff give me an upgrade higher floor room which is appreciated. we originally want to book one more night because of the good service. Unfortunately , we decide to move next day when we step in the room . The room is dirty, smell bad, sticky bedding/towel, and the bathroom condition/ cleanliness is terrible. Can’t sleep all night because of the room smell and bed bug.

The property is old and a some interior designs are kind of run-down. Drainage slow in shower , reported to front desk, don’t think they fixed it. Furniture a bit worn out. Stayed on 33rd floor, elevator slow and had to switch elevator on 31st floor. Interior design is not my cup of tea, mirrors all over, not clear mirrors but gold glitters on the mirror, dizzy looking at them. Too much gold and silver and glitters. They probably need some modern overhaul. Our room (executive club room) does not look all like the picture advertised in Expedia. Talked to hotel manager. Was told rooms on lower floors are more modern and updated decorated

Absolutely the worst hotel that I ever stayed in the world, after a long trip I hoped to get some energy back with my snicker but been told not to eat in the lobby, ok fine understood. But been told not even to drink water in the lobby and not to sleep( which I didn’t even closed my eyes), ridiculous. Staff stood right next to you and kept eye straight on you made me felt like they can get commission when caught you drinking water. That fact is if your front desk can get me my room card on time within 10 mins I’ll never drink water in such a noisy lobby, but unfortunately it took your staff forever to get me my room card. Poor service, don’t stay if you have another choice, I’d say try anywhere else would make you feel better.

The hotel has had its glorious days. Whilst the reception, lifts are still grand, it is overall, a dated hotel, with mould around the bathtub, shower. Toilet iss very old and the air conditioning is loud but they work fine. There are two sockets in the room and one of them does not work.

The highlight for the place is that the all the hotel staff were very nice and accomodating to all the room service needs including making up the rooms daily. The hotel is in really old condition with things breaking and old furniture esp the moulding bathrooms. But the hotel is a return easily because its in such a great location.
